Matt Radford is a Melbourne based Physiotherapist, Traditional Chinese Medicine physician and University lecturer with over 30 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. He is also one of Australia’s few fully Certified Wim Hof Method Instructors.
Drawing from Tai Qi and Qi Gong, Pilates and the Wim Hof Method, his workshops are engaging, practical, super informative and really fun! After overcoming significant health challenges himself including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and cancer, Matt was inspired to launch Take A Breath, a health and lifestyle Podcast and website dedicated to all things breathing.
