This meditation is perfect for beginners and more advanced meditators alike. She will also offer some time following the meditation for questions and reflections.

Dr. Elise Bialylew

Elise Bialylew M.D is a mindfulness meditation expert, medical doctor, social entrepreneur and published author who left the hospital wards to pursue a deeper calling to start a global mindfulness meditation movement creating Mindful in May. The campaign has taught thousands of people from around the world the skills of mindfulness and raised over $600,000 to bring clean safe drinking water to developing countries.

Her mission is to help people flourish and reach their full potential whilst also create greater equality in the world through her social enterprise.

She has attended regular silent meditation retreats to deepen her understanding of the mind, and trained with some of the world’s leading meditation teachers including Jon Kabat-Zinn.
