ABOUT:

Tegan Wallis

Tegan is an Ayurvedic Practitioner (Dip Ayurveda), Naturopath (BHsc Naturopathy), Yoga and Meditation teacher (RYT) and Public Health Educator. Tegan’s work combines consciousness (mind/body) based medicine with the fruits of modern medical research, offering her clients practical advice for achieving optimal health which makes them feel balanced, energetic, creative and fulfilled.

Tegan’s appreciation for these ancient (but popular) sciences was initially sparked in India, where she experienced firsthand the incredible healing and rejuvenating effects of Ayurveda. Since then, she has been travelling to India for the past eight years to deepen her learning in this area, studying Ayurveda under world-renowned Ayurvedic Doctors and Pulse masters. Her training with them is ongoing. Additionally, she continues to further her training in these areas here in Australia and abroad and has also just commenced a yearlong intensive to become a teacher of Vedic Meditation.

Since completing her bachelor’s degree, Tegan has gained over a decade of clinical experience around Australia and spent time working at the renowned Sukhavati Ayurvedic Retreat in Bali. Tegan is now based in Melbourne where she runs Veda Wellness, a meditation centre and wellness clinic. She also works for the Griffith Group and travels the globe delivering health and wellbeing seminars, lecturing on holistic health and preventative medicine.

Find her leading workshops around Australia, running wellness programs for leading organisations, hosting retreats in Bali and India, or working one on one with clients at Veda Wellness.
