Cat Woods has been teaching Pilates for over 8 years and has practiced vinyasa yoga for over 12 years. She founded Ballet Sculpt 7 years ago after discovering barre classes and seeing that these could be adapted to a barreless format so that more people and more places could embrace the strength, balance and flexibility benefits of this style of training.
Passionate about women finding joy in their bodies and movement rather than the sometimes harmful focus on aesthetics and weight loss that can be inherently part of gyms and studios, Ballet Sculpt is accessible to all bodies and all people. Without strict choreography, the class is adaptable and moves can be modified wherever necessary.
